Clematis Black Ice
 Clematis Black Ice has fern-like evergreen dark foliage that in spring is covered in beautiful white flowers.
- Uses: Grow in a pot with canes or trellis support or leave to grow as a scrambler in a hanging basket. You will get a fantastic spring display using 2 to 3 plants per pot.
- Position: Best in full sun to ensure flowering. Plant in good moist soil or good quality shrub’n tub mix. C. Black Ice is hardy throughout New Zealand.
- Care: Trim after flowering to promote fresh growth. Fertilize in late winter to promote spring flowers.
- This plant has provisional PVR protection.
Clematis Spring Essence
 This Clematis paniculata hybrid is a small climber to around 1.5metres. Lovely greenish scented flowers cover the plant in spring.
- Uses: As a climber Clematis Spring Essence will scramble unaided to 1 metre or up to 2metres with support. Clematis Spring Essence can be grown as a container plant using trellis or canes as support.
- Position: Best in full sun or light shade in good moist soil or quality potting mix.
Will grow throughout New Zealand and is cold hardy.
- Care: A light trim after flowering will promote fresh growth.
Using a controlled release fertilizer will improve flowering.
- Provisional PVR applies.
Clematis ‘Sweet Hart’ -
Clematis paniculata hybrid
 This lovely scrambler has attractive fern-like foliage and is covered in showy white flowers in spring.
- Uses:
- As a climberAs a climber Clematis ‘Sweet Hart’
- It is great for using in hanging baskets. We recommend using 2 to 3 plants in a 30 cm basket. This will reward with a magnificent display of trailing foliage and flower.
- Clematis Sweet Hart will trail over walls as a groundcover.
- Plant at the base of Clematis paniculata to provide an interesting contrast.

Clematis paniculata
 A beautiful free-flowering NZ climber. The pure white flowers can be seen cascading from trees in the NZ bush during September and October.
- Position: Plant at the base of an established tree or against a trellis where the stems are able to twine.
- Care: Plant in good moist soil and avoid root disturbance. Mulch to keep roots cool. It will grow throughout New Zealand but can be damaged by frost in very cold areas.
